After an extraordinary 30 years of dedicated service, leadership, and heart, Lori Symons is stepping into a well-earned retirement. For three decades, Lori has been synonymous with ReQlogic. She’s been the guiding force behind the product’s growth, the advocate for its partners and users, and the steady hand that has shepherded our team through seasons of change, challenge, and opportunity. Quite simply, Lori is ReQlogic—and her legacy will forever shape who we are. A rare and remarkable journey How rare is it to devote 30 years to the same product, the same team, and the same mission? Lori has done just that. She’s seen ReQlogic evolve from its earliest days into what it is today: a modern, flexible, and trusted procurement automation solution relied upon by more than 60,000 users worldwide. Through it all, Lori has been more than a leader—she’s been the heart of the ReQlogic team. She’s built not just a product, but a culture of commitment, collaboration, and care that has allowed ReQlogic to thrive for decades. As someone who has been honored to work alongside her, I can say with certainty: Lori’s fingerprints are everywhere. From the workflows our clients depend on, to the strong relationships we hold with partners, to the culture of excellence we strive for every day—Lori’s influence is lasting and profound. In Lori’s own words When I asked Lori to reflect on her journey, she described ReQlogic with the kind of passion only someone who has poured their heart into something for 30 years could express: “ReQlogic has been my baby—it’s been part of my life for so long that it feels like family. I’ve been fortunate to watch it grow, mature, and become such a trusted solution in the Microsoft Dynamics community.
